I’ve always been a firm believer in sticking to a solid routine that helps you keep your mind focused and the stress factor reduced. Sure, on some days that can be a little tougher then usual as problems in business or surprises can be pretty constant.
Here’s a few of the things that I did this morning before heading over here to write this post.
Write a List
I’m a firm believer that every good day, starts with a good, short, and obtainable work list.
Eat a Good Breakfast
While I write my work list I’m usually in the middle of a solid breakfast. I don’t like to eat too many carbs that make me feel sluggish too early in the day.
I visit each of my social media profiles on Facebook, Twitter, Intense Business and Tumblr to make sure that I haven’t missed anything important.
What do you do when you first start your business day?
